How do I maintain my floor after it has been cleaned?

We recommend mopping with a neutral ph, no rinse floor cleaner such as Armstrong® Once 'N Done.

Should I seal my grout?

Yes!  Grout is a very porous surface.  Grout sealers are absorbed into the grout and help to keep your grout clean by repelling stains.

 How do you clean grout?

First we apply a cleaning solution and let it soak for 10 minutes.  Then we scrub the grout channels with a stiff nylon grout brush.  Finally, we use a self-contained high pressure (1200 p.s.i.) rotary wand that pressure washes and vacuums at the same time.  

Can I change the color of my grout?

Yes!  After the grout is cleaned we can apply a colored sealer into the grout channels.  Colored sealers can change the look of your floor for a fractrion of the cost of replacement.
